If you have lost something while visiting New Mersey then please contact one of our Security team on 0151 427 8972 or the stores you visited. Please note that proof of ownership may be requested.

We operate a safe child scheme through which, in conjunction with our stores, we aim to reunite any lost child with their parents or guardian. Please contact any store or security guard for assistance.
